Donations

If you would like to make a donation towards the appeal, please make a cheque payable to one of the following:

 "Give A Child A Chance Appeal (CDC)" to donate to the Child Development Centre

"Give A Child A Chance Appeal (CAMHS)" to donate to the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service

OR, "Give A Child A Chance Appeal" to have your donation split equally between the two centres.

Donations should be sent to: The Fundraiser - Child Health, Level 12, Derriford Hospital, PLYMOUTH PL6 8DH.
